Refund and Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for most products within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
- Items are unused and in their original condition.
- The original packaging, including all accessories and manuals, is intact.
- Proof of purchase, such as the order number, is provided.
Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Opened or used consumables, such as cleaning kits and batteries
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide you with return instructions and an authorization code. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
- Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging and include any documentation, such as the return authorization code.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
4. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or a mistake on our part.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Send us photos of the damage or defect, and we will provide a resolution, such as a replacement, repair, or refund, at no additional cost to you.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the stated processing time, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing delays can sometimes occur.
