At Yarrow Focus, we strive to ensure that your photography equipment reaches you safely and promptly. Please read our Shipping Policy for details on shipping times, costs, and procedures.


1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We offer a range of shipping options to accommodate your needs. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the order date.

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic)

    • Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days
    • Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout
  • Expedited Shipping (Domestic)

    • Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days
    • Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout
  • International Shipping

    • Estimated delivery time: 7-14 business days (depending on destination)
    • Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout
    • International shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website. If you do not receive your tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at [email protected]

4. Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the specified time frame, there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing. Yarrow Focus is not responsible for these delays but will assist in tracking your order and providing updates.

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Yarrow Focus is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you realize there is an error in your address, please contact us immediately at 

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us at 
  • In the event of a lost package, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and assist with a replacement or refund.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and must be paid by the customer upon receipt of the package.

8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will notify you. You may choose to have the package reshipped (additional shipping fees may apply) or receive a refund for the product cost (shipping fees are non-refundable).
